Our Process

Not only do our clients often have questions at the outset, but we need to learn about them, too. That’s why we’ll send one of our professional representatives to meet with you for up to 90 minutes, during which we’ll answer your questions and find out – directly from you – your goals and possible concerns about the project.

Our clients typically are concerned about:

  1. Project deadlines (We meet them!)
  2. Our ability to start on last-minute projects quickly (We can!)
  3. The valuable time they’ll need to invest in the project (Hardly any!)
  4. Quality Workmanship (Our work is performed by our own trained employees, not outsourced part-timers!)
  5. Clean-up (We leave our work areas in better shape than when we arrived!)
  6. The integrity of our employees (We only employ professional team minded staff!)
  7. A smooth process (We guarantee it!)

With Summit Painting, you can delegate your painting and restoration projects to us – with no worries – allowing you to move on to your other responsibilities with the peace of mind that we will finish on time and with no hassles!


If speed is of the essence, we can provide a written quote (e-mailed or hand-delivered) within one to five days of our initial appointment. We’ll then follow up to make sure everything is clear and to answer any questions or concerns. We also give first-time clients references from projects we’ve completed similar to theirs.


After you accept the proposal, we’ll immediately call to schedule the work and make arrangements to exchange signed copies of the contract and receive your purchase order if required.

A FREE colour consultation is available from one of our professional decorators, to assist in making colour selections.

To ensure large projects progress efficiently and with minimal on-site disruptions, we recommend a pre-job planning meeting to discuss all the details, including building access, daily start and finish times, specific facility procedures, safety rules, and daily benchmarks.


Regular Updates and Immediate Results!

Once the project starts, we’ll inform you of our progress on a regular basis, and we’ll handle any concerns immediately. Our Project Manager will walk the job daily with our quality control checklist, making sure any touch-ups are completed promptly. You will be welcome to join him, ensuring your satisfaction at every step.


A final walk-through will be scheduled at completion. Our daily quality control ensures few, if any, issues will arise at this point, but any touch-ups or other fixes will be made on the spot. After you sign off, we’ll forward you an invoice with your purchase order. Our work comes with a full warranty – feel free to call us at 604.760.3363 should you have any questions or concerns down the road.
